Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the concrete and construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to potential customers showcasing product advantages.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate market demands.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve product offerings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma with relevant sales or construction industry experience.
• Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years sales experience, ideally in construction or concrete sectors.
