Job description
Tasks
- Lead the RainFocus rollout, enable internal events and marketing teams, support platform migration, and track adoption KPIs.
Requirements
- Hands-on training experience required; platform usage alone is not sufficient.
- Delivered internal user training on RainFocus and/or Splash
- Hands-on event platform administration and enablement
- Led cross-functional platform adoption or migrations
- Adoption metrics, stakeholder communication and documentation
- 5+ years in program management, enablement, change management or events operations
- Preferred: Cvent, event marketing; BA/BS is a plus
