The Program Supervisor leads the unit’s operation in delivering efficient and compliant lending services— from loan approval and release to collection and monitoring. Key responsibilities include validating and approving loan applications within authority, overseeing unit financial and administrative reports, guiding market development efforts, and managing team performance and growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in supervisory/management of financial products/services, micro-financing, or loan processing and documentation
• Working knowledge of micro-lending processes, laws, and regulations
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and area market assessments
