Job description
about the role
The Program Supervisor leads the unit’s operation in delivering efficient and compliant lending services. This includes managing the entire loan process from approval and release to collection and monitoring.
key responsibilities
- Validate and approve loan applications within authority
- Oversee unit financial and administrative reports
- Guide market development efforts
- Manage team performance and growth
requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in supervisory or management roles related to financial products/services, micro-financing, or loan processing and documentation
- Working knowledge of micro-lending processes, laws, and regulations
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and area market assessments
