Project Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects to ensure successful completion.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer
Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, & safety regulations
Proven ability in material alignment (PM/PRM) and advance planning
Experience in conducting toolbox meetings and managing site safety documentation
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic site conditions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply engineering principles to support site execution and schedule adherence
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specs, DOLE safety rules, and project quality and workmanship standards
Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and manage NSEO and/or conduct regular toolbox meetings and ensure proper safety documentation
Submit material requests (PM/PRM) at least 1 week in advance and monitor progress
Prepare accurate daily progress reports, inspection records, and site logs
Coordinate daily activities with foreman, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
