About the role
RnQ HR is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to support site execution and schedule adherence.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specs, DOLE safety rules, and project quality and workmanship standards.
- Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and manage NSEO and/or conduct regular toolbox meetings and ensure proper safety documentation.
- Submit material requests (PM/PRM) at least 1 week in advance and monitor progress.
- Prepare accurate daily progress reports, inspection records, and site logs.
- Coordinate daily activities with foreman, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability in material alignment (PM/PRM) and advance planning.
- Experience in conducting toolbox meetings and managing site safety documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
