As the structural steel division continues to grow, the business is looking for an experienced leader who can provide direction across multiple projects, support project teams, and help ensure clients receive the level of service and execution the company is known for.
You'll be the person bringing together Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, engineers, field operations, fabrication, and detailing teams to keep projects moving in the right direction. From early planning through to closeout, you'll help oversee the bigger picture while supporting the people responsible for day-to-day delivery.
Success in this role isn't measured by simply reviewing reports. It's measured by the performance of your teams, the strength of client relationships, and the successful delivery of complex structural steel projects.
What You'll Be Doing• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of structural steel projects• Manage and support Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Engineers• Oversee monthly project billings and financial performance• Partner with leadership on project management team hiring and development• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders• Review contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders• Manage project risk, scope changes, and client expectations• Coordinate closely with field operations, fabrication, and detailing teams
What We're Looking For• 10+ years of project management experience within structural steel• Experience overseeing complex commercial or industrial construction projects• Strong leadership and client management skills• Valid U.S. driver's license• Ability to travel up to 15%
