About the role
A leading commercial glazing contractor is looking for a skilled Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex glazing and curtain wall projects. This position will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional project outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously, from contract award through completionCoordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectationsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teamsReview contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment and scope accuracyOversee procurement, fabrication timelines, and installation sequencingMonitor budgets, track costs, and maintain profitability goalsIdentify and mitigate risks while resolving project challenges proactivelyEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirementsLead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholdersSupport estimating and preconstruction teams during project handoff
Required QualificationsProven experience in a project manager role within a commercial glazing contractor (required)Strong understanding of curtain wall, storefront, and glazing systemsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsDemonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
