Project Manager

About the role

At DVI Training Systems (DVITS), we're building training solutions that help prepare today's warfighters for mission-critical operations.

Tasks

• Coordinate complex projects, build efficient workflows, manage resources, and help teams deliver exceptional work.
• Collaborate with our Content Development, Instructional Systems Design, and Content Production teams, helping manage projects that combine highly technical subject matter with advanced video-based training development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, including dashboards, workflows, and automation
• Experience managing complex projects, schedules, budgets, and resources
• A passion for improving processes and solving challenging problems
• Experience in defense, aviation, training development, or media production is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Regular working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern
• Participation in scheduled company gatherings and occasional business travel.
