Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with PMP certification to join the Administrative Applications Production Data Services team. This role will focus on the development and implementation of modifications and enhancements to the Financial Data Warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Plan, manage, and oversee large-scale enterprise implementations.
🔹 Apply PMI project management standards and best practices within Agile/Scrum environments.
🔹 Coordinate project activities, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
🔹 Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
🔹 Develop project charters, work plans, status reports, and other project documentation.
🔹 Communicate complex technical designs and business processes effectively.
🔹 Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and oversight groups.
🔹 Support project implementation and provide technical coordination during regular and on-call hours, as needed.
Required Qualifications
✔️ 6+ years of project management experience with large-scale enterprise implementations
✔️ 2+ years of Government, State of Texas, or comparable federal/state project management experience
✔️ 3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
✔️ 3+ years of Jira experience
✔️ PMP certification — must be documented on the resume
Preferred Qualifications
