Job description
Seeking a contract Project Manager for a remote-eligible role supporting high-priority initiatives across hotel performance, general manager capability, owner relations, and corporate operations. Partner with the Growth and Americas PMO team, cross-functional leaders, field operations, and hotel teams to drive structured planning, clear communication, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project management and governance: Coordinate steering committees, workstream check-ins, and reporting cycles. Track project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Cross-functional coordination: Support collaboration across Operations, HR, Finance, Commercial Services, Design, and other corporate teams. Synthesize insights and prepare leadership materials.
- Tools and reporting: Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation; Smartsheet experience is preferred. Develop templates, process flows, and standardized reports.
- Change management and communications: Support communication plans, leadership updates, stakeholder messaging, training materials, and rollout meetings.
- Data and outcomes: Prepare regular status updates and performance insights, support KPI definition, and report progress transparently.
- Knowledge transfer and handoff: Create and execute structured handoff processes for projects and programs.
