Job description
Purpose:
The Americas Performance Hub is seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver structured PMO support and cross-functional coordination across key initiatives impacting hotel performance, GM capability, owner relations, and corporate efficiency.
This contract role works closely with the Growth & Americas PMO team, field operations, and hotel teams to ensure disciplined planning, transparent progress tracking, aligned communications, and timely delivery of projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Governance
Implement governance routines such as steering committees, workstream check-ins, and reporting cycles. Track issues, risks, and dependencies across initiatives. - Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate programs across Operations, HR, Finance, Commercial Services, Design, and other corporate teams. Support leadership decision-making by synthesizing insights and preparing materials. - Tools, Systems & Reporting
Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation (Smartsheet preferred). Develop templates, process flows, and standardized reporting. - Change Management & Communication
Support communication plans, leadership updates, stakeholder messaging, training materials, and rollout meetings. - Data & Outcomes Tracking
Produce regular status updates and performance insights. Support KPI definition and transparent progress reporting. - Knowledge Transfer & Project Handoff
Design and execute structured handoff processes to ensure smooth project transitions.
