Project Scheduler Assistant

YOU WILL:
Support job scheduling and keep records accurate
Enter crew sheet data and update the Matrix system
Coordinate utility locations and cable cuts
Communicate with customers and internal teams
Track materials, temporary fence, and project updates
Assist with admin tasks and keep projects on track

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Construction, fencing, or admin experience a plus

$45K - $50K /YR
