Job description
Tasks
- Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties
- Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Review AP/AR and support cash management activities
- Complete CAM reconciliations and year-end recoveries
- Assist with audits, budgets, and financial reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of property accounting experience
- Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of CAM reconciliations and tenant recoveries is an asset
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Yardi or similar systems
