Tasks
- Experience coordinating property showings
- Preparing leases and rental documentation
- Handling move-in and move-out processes
- Communicating with tenants, landlords and prospective tenants
- Assisting with day-to-day property management operations and related tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of property management experience
- Alberta valid driver license is a must
- Own vehicle is a must
