Job description
About the role
Natural Systems Utilities is seeking a skilled and dependable Public Water Operator to support the Cape Cod and Southern New England service area. The role provides operations and maintenance support at various water facilities as directed by the Operations Supervisor. The operator independently manages assigned site coverage and completes responsibilities within the allotted time.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine operations and maintenance at water facilities.
- Assist with developing scopes of work.
- Prepare work orders for repairs or resampling.
- Respond to alarms promptly.
- Communicate with clients as needed.
Requirements
- A valid Massachusetts T2 Full Water license is required.
- Candidates with a valid Massachusetts T1 Full Water license who are actively working toward obtaining their T2 Full license may also be considered.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites.
- Organized and self-motivated.
