General Requirements:
• Highschool Graduate or College Graduate
• Male: 20-40 years old
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Manufacturing
• Operates and maintain air compressors, lube blowers, chain conveyors, weighers machines, exhaust systems and other grain handling equipment.
• Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment and report and any abnormalities immediately.
• Lead and supervise the assigned team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Safety Procedures when preventing grain spillage and contamination.
• Complete required operational records and assist in minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and upper management.
