Python AI Developer

Tasks

• Build and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, with hands-on expertise in Python and AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong Python programming, object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Hands-on development of Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and context management.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Cloud AI experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; Azure OpenAI is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, model evaluation, MLOps, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with SQL, enterprise data integration, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
• Banking, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is an advantage.
