Role Overview
As a Python Backend Developer at Master BPO, you will be the technical engine behind our omni-channel automation and AI initiatives. You will develop system-agnostic AI agents that seamlessly integrate with any client CRM or dialer, managing inbound and outbound text, chat, and voice communications. Your work will automate sales, customer support, and back-office tasks, significantly reducing client costs and improving operational efficiency without requiring clients to change their existing technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy backend Python applications focused on AI and API integration.
- Build AI agents leveraging Google Cloud’s AI tools for rapid deployment.
- Integrate AI solutions with diverse client CRMs and dialers.
- Implement function calling, API routing, and high-performance code shipping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Python backend development or similar roles.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Experience with Google Cloud AI tools and API integration preferred.
