Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable Python backend systems that power AI-driven omni-channel automation solutions. Integrate AI agents seamlessly with diverse client CRMs and dialers, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound communication via text, chat, and voice. Implement API routing and function calling to optimize system interoperability and performance. Automate sales, customer support, and back-office workflows to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align backend development with business goals and client requirements. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Python backend development or similar roles. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
