About the role
As a remote Python Backend Developer, you will build and integrate AI-powered automation across client systems. You will develop system-agnostic AI agents that connect with client CRMs and dialers to support inbound and outbound text, chat, and voice workflows. These integrations will automate sales, customer support, and back-office tasks while helping clients reduce costs and improve operational efficiency without replacing their existing technology.
This hands-on role is suited to a pragmatic developer who can use Google Cloud AI tools, implement function calling and API routing, and ship reliable backend code quickly.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and punctuality.
- Ability to build Python backend integrations and work with APIs and AI automation tools.
