Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts using SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• 8+ years of experience with system integration, dashboard development, and workflow automation.
• Strong experience working with structured and semi-structured healthcare, public health, or complex administrative data.
• Strong database knowledge and database querying skills.
• Ability to gather business and program requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience testing and validating automated data integration solutions.
• Ability to document code, technical specifications, workflows, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Electronic Case Reporting (eCR/eICR).
• Preferred: Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Health Information Exchange (HIE).
• Preferred: HL7, XML, FHIR, SNOMED CT, and clinical terminology standards.
• Preferred: SQL and relational databases.
• Preferred: Public health surveillance systems and registries.
• Preferred: Data linkage, matching, ETL processes, and automated data pipelines.
