Job description
Tasks
- Develop scalable Python applications for big data processing.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Hadoop/EMR, Spark, and Hive.
- Develop solutions using AWS Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, Redshift, S3, and Glue.
- Implement API integrations, SQL queries, and data transformations.
- Analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS services, including EMR, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, Redshift, S3, and Glue.
- 5+ years of experience with API calls, SQL, Spark, data manipulation, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Terraform.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
