Requirements
- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry as QA/QC Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA/ICH guidelines, laboratory testing, and OOS/CAPA management.
- With experience in supervising and mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards and protocols.
- Proven ability to oversee daily operations, including sample testing, reporting, and managing deviations or non-conformances.
