Job description
Tasks
- Develop end-to-end test strategies, functional specifications, test plans, and transition plans.
- Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure complete test coverage.
- Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Manage requirements, test cases, and end-to-end defect tracking through resolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (BAs, Developers, PMs, and Business Stakeholders).
Requirements
- 8+ Years (within the last 10 years)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven track record creating Business Requirements, Test Strategies, Test Cases, and RTMs.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with tools like HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM, Jama Connect, or IBM Rational RequisitePro.
- Strong understanding of both SDLC and STLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Public Sector / Government client experience & ISTQB/CSTE certifications are a big plus!
