A Day in the Life of a Quality Assurance Rater

• Perform detailed analytical assessments of search results and AI responses, providing ratings and constructive feedback to improve AI model accuracy and search quality.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards to ensure the reliability and precision our clients expect.
• Evaluate diverse rating tasks, analyze content thoroughly, conduct research to validate information, and identify any gaps or inconsistencies in guidelines.
• Participate in training and calibration sessions, contributing valuable feedback to refine rating processes and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify facts and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently while upholding high-quality standards.
• Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task-related issues clearly.
• Provide well-reasoned written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Engage in ongoing training, calibration, and quality review sessions.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional work quality.

Compensation: Earn $9 USD per hour, with payment based on completed tasks.
