About the role
Suzano International is seeking a Quality Engineer for its paper manufacturing facility in Pine Bluff, United States. The role supports the expansion of Suzano’s operations in the U.S. and focuses on improving product quality acceptance levels and reducing non-quality losses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous development, standardization, and optimization of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Define, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, control plans, and quality engineering best practices.
- Drive quality system compliance and identify opportunities to strengthen and simplify quality processes.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and sustained.
- Review and implement new tools for the quality management system.
