Freelancing Opportunity: We are hiring Quality Leads for a short-term AI project with Turing across the following locations.
Eligible Locations: 🇺🇸 USA (Country-Specific Guidelines) | 🇮🇳 India | 🇧🇷 Brazil
Role: Quality LeadExperience: 3–5 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring reviewers.Mode: RemoteStart: ImmediatelyEngagement Type: Short-Term Contract (16 weeks)
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:Technical & Professional Qualifications:3–5 years of overall professional experience, including 1+ year leading or mentoring reviewers.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to provide clear, actionable, and consistent feedback.Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data is preferred.Ability to manage review queues and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to identify errors, inconsistencies, and recurring quality issues.
Vetting Process:Candidates must be willing to complete the following evaluation stages:Interest Check Form (ICF)Vetsmith AssessmentDelivery Interview
Availability:Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.Willingness to commit to the full 16-week contract.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
What You'll Work On:Lead QA reviewers and manage audit and review queues.Spot-check annotated data and reviewer decisions to ensure accuracy and consistency.Provide clear, actionable, and consistent feedback to reviewers.Conduct office hours and clarify guidelines for annotators.Track quality scores, error trends, and reviewer performance.Train new reviewers on guidelines, tools, and review processes.Identify recurring quality issues and escalate unclear guidelines to the Senior QA Lead.Ensure high-quality deliverables are completed within established timelines.
