What You’ll Do as a Quality Manager:Lead quality practices and drive operational performance improvementsEnsure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standardsMonitor, measure, and report on internal and external quality performance metricsCollaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesDevelop and maintain process requirements, documentation, and corrective actionsSupport product launches and production processes through APQP and quality planningTrain employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Manager Role:Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturingKnowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standardsExperience with root cause analysis and corrective action processesStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation to St. Cloud, MN
