Prakash HR Navata is hiring a full-time Recruiter in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this on-site role, you will support the company’s talent acquisition strategy and help build a strong workforce. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and contribute directly to hiring and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze job requirements and create engaging job descriptions and role specifications.
• Source qualified candidates using social media, job boards, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through hiring.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers, sharing candidate insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate, organized candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding projects and recruitment process improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, sourcing, interviewing, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
