Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive job analysis to craft engaging job descriptions and role specifications.
• Leverage innovative sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.
• Coordinate and conduct detailed interviews with hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to keep candidate data organized and accessible.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

In this role, you will also participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet hiring objectives.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven expertise in communication, negotiation, sourcing, interviewing, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
