Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and client care.
• Manage, train, and support spa staff, including massage therapists and support team members.
• Prepare staff schedules to support efficient operations and consistent service delivery.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and complaints, working to improve client satisfaction.
• Track spa products and supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Monitor financial performance and identify cost-effective operational measures.
• Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and spa service offerings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; massage therapy certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the spa or wellness industry.
• Proven experience managing a spa, wellness facility, or similar service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and staff.
