Tasks

• Owning deep-dive candidate identification across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and proprietary internal databases.
• Executing high-conversion outbound engagement strategies to attract passive, high-demand technical and business talent.
• Partnering closely with senior talent partners and hiring leaders to calibrate pipeline health and market realities.
• Managing pipeline analytics, candidate pre-screens, and initial hand-offs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on recruiting or sourcing experience (agency or in-house).
• Relentless curiosity for finding needle-in-a-haystack profiles and crafting outreach messages people actually reply to.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments with high standards for hiring bar excellence.
• Open to all work authorizations/visas (CPT, OPT, STEM OPT,, GC, USC, etc.)

Schedule

• 100% On-Site
• Heavy Sourcing (80%–90% of your day)
