RIVERWAY BUSINESS SERVICES
Location: Memorial City
Industry: Construction
Salary: $26.00 hourly
Schedule: M-F from 8AM-5PM
High volume, full cycle recruiting role primarily supporting DOT and blue collar positions, while managing approximately 20–30 requisitions at a time.
Requirements:
- 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Blue collar recruiting experience required
- Construction transportation logistics experience preferred
- In house recruiting experience highly preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Success Factors experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Job Duties:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for high volume openings
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs
- Coordinate offers and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting trackers
- Support onboarding and hiring activities
