Recruitment Consultant

Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities
- Arranging interviews and following up with candidates and clients
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
- Working towards recruitment targets and KPIs
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process

What we’re looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking to candidates and clients over the phone
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive, proactive and professional attitude
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Good computer and administration skills
- Someone who enjoys working with people and building relationships
- Willingness to travel when required
