Recruitment Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions
- Coordinate job postings on different platforms and maintain applicant pipeline
- Assist in recruitment events, job fairs and recruitment activities
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment records
- Support the HR and administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related course
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and other editing tools is a plus
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
