STRONGBODY AI is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Partner to support talent sourcing and recruitment for its Digital Profile Shop. This part-time, remote-eligible role is based in Statesville, North Carolina, and offers the opportunity to connect qualified candidates with the company’s evolving digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent for digital roles.
- Use networking techniques and industry relationships to expand candidate outreach.
- Assess candidates through interviews and relevant evaluations.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and track sourcing progress and outcomes.

Qualifications
