About the Role As a Refrigeration Service Technician, you will provide expert service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial refrigeration, foodservice equipment, ice machines, and light commercial HVAC systems. This is a field-based position with company vehicle provided and home dispatch. Equipment You Will Service Commercial Refrigeration: walk-in coolers/freezers, remote refrigeration, package units, condensing units, rack systems Foodservice & Ice Equipment: commercial refrigerators/freezers, prep stations, ice machines, beverage fountain ice systems Commercial HVAC: rooftop package units, convenience store HVAC systems Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems Read and interpret schematics and technical documents Complete accurate service reports and work orders Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Work safely and independently in the field Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Experience in HVAC/R service preferred Note: This position does not include residential service work.
