About the Role

We are seeking experienced HVAC/R professionals to join our growing service team. This field-based position involves servicing commercial refrigeration, foodservice equipment, ice machines, and light commercial HVAC systems across West Virginia and Eastern Ohio. Technicians are dispatched from home, provided a company vehicle, and supported by a dedicated team.

Equipment You Will Service

• Commercial Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, remote refrigeration systems, package refrigeration units, condensing units, rack refrigeration systems
• Foodservice & Ice Equipment: Commercial refrigerators/freezers, prep stations, foodservice refrigeration equipment, remote/self-contained ice machines, beverage fountain ice systems
• Commercial HVAC: Rooftop package units, convenience store HVAC systems

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues
• Read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Complete service reports and work orders accurately
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service
• Work safely and independently in the field

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Experience in HVAC/R service and repair preferred
