Job description
Tasks
- Provide patient assessments, monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and perform standard nursing procedures.
- Administer medications per protocol, perform basic IV and phlebotomy procedures, and handle pharmacological needs.
- Complete comprehensive, objective documentation, including care plans and discharge planning.
- Provide health-related education to patients based on individual needs.
- Assist with the orientation and training of new employees, contract staff, and students.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a Compact State
- Current PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing
- Current N95 particulate respirator fit testing
- 1+ year of past work experience as an RN
