Key Responsibilities Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Providing support in mobility and transferring patients from beds to wheelchairs and vice versa. Ensuring patient safety and comfort through attentive care and environmental management. Documenting patient observations and reporting changes in health status to nursing staff. Collaborating with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to adhere to health and safety standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory. Skills in patient care, communication, and teamwork. Compassion and dedication to providing quality care to patients. Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures.
