Job description
Tasks
- Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
- The Manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- Must have recent first-line management experience.
- 3 years Clinical experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Would not shy away from working 50-hour work weeks.
