CEPTUA LIMITED is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Lagos, Nigeria. Join a dedicated hospital nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families. In this in-person role, you will work under department leadership and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to contribute to patient recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health and accurately document clinical information.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and carry out patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license to practice in Nigeria.
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
• At least one year of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is desirable.
