Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ health conditions and accurately document clinical information. Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies. Monitor patient status and respond promptly to any changes. Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous professional development and training programs. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license to practice in Nigeria. Excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is desirable. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on nursing experience preferred. As a vital member of our dedicated nursing team, you will work under the supervision of department heads and collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff.
