Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time in Lagos, Nigeria

CEPTUA LIMITED is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional patient care within a dynamic hospital setting, ensuring patients receive the support and treatment necessary for their recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health status and accurately document clinical information.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license to practice in Nigeria.
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
