CEPTUA LIMITED is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Lagos, Nigeria. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. As an RN, you will play a vital role in assessing patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure optimal recovery and support for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ health status and accurately document clinical information. Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and effectively. Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes. Maintain comprehensive and compliant medical records according to healthcare regulations. Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license to practice in Nigeria. Excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is desirable. Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience preferred.
