Registered Nurse (RN)

Tasks

• Provide patient assessments, monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and perform standard nursing procedures.
• Administer medications per protocol, perform basic IV and phlebotomy procedures, and handle pharmacological needs.
• Complete comprehensive, objective documentation, including care plans and discharge planning.
• Provide health-related education to patients based on individual needs.
• Assist with the orientation and training of new employees, contract staff, and students.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a Compact State
• Current PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing
• Current N95 particulate respirator fit testing
• 1+ year of past work experience as an RN
