Job description
About the role
Care New England Health System is seeking an experienced RN for its Women & Infants Hospital Float Pool.
The nurse will float between the Labor & Delivery (LDR) and Antenatal Care Unit (ACU).
Tasks
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Assess, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
- Follow physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- At least 1–2 years of recent Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, or High-Risk OB experience.
- Ability to provide quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Schedule
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Monday–Friday
- 36 hours per week
- Onsite
Pay
- $75.34/hour
