Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients in Med-Surg and ICU settings. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, maintaining strict safety protocols. Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs, progress, and condition changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans. Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions. Support and mentor nursing students and new staff members. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida. 1-3 years of experience in Med-Surg or ICU nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
