Remote Customer Support Representative - United States

Hex company is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in the United States. This full-time remote role is essential to delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform accurate data entry while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Assist with sales inquiries, promote company products, and identify customer needs.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records within the customer database.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
• Stay updated on product changes and service features to improve customer support quality.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Sales experience and ability to promote products/services preferred.
• Proficiency with common customer service software and tools.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and works closely with other customer support representatives, sales teams, and product specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation: $40 per hour
