Contribute to team goals by actively engaging in team meetings and sharing best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. No formal education required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Proficient in using computer systems and software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
