Company is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Miami, Florida team. This full-time role focuses on managing renewals for existing insurance accounts without sales pressure, providing an excellent opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service in a stable, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Service and manage renewals for existing insurance policies. Rewrite policies as necessary to ensure clients have optimal coverage. Present coverage options clearly, demonstrating strong knowledge of client needs. Assist clients with policy inquiries and resolve concerns promptly. Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy updates. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License (Required). Experience with Homeowners, Commercial, and Auto Insurance policies. Proven experience managing renewals of existing insurance accounts. Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Good judgment and professionalism in client interactions.
