Join a stable, professional insurance team in Miami, Florida, as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR). This full-time, on-site role focuses on servicing renewals for existing accounts—not sales. You will help clients understand their coverage, address policy questions, and receive attentive service throughout the life of their policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and manage renewals for existing insurance accounts.
• Rewrite policies when needed to support appropriate client coverage.
• Present coverage options based on clients’ needs.
• Answer policy questions and address client concerns.
• Build lasting client relationships through excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
• Experience handling renewals for existing accounts.
• Experience with homeowners, commercial, and auto insurance.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
