Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
• Present personalized Life, Health, Medicare, and Retirement insurance solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
• Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
