Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity and professionalism during client interactions.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
