Job description
Mayo behavioral health is hiring a full-time Remote Virtual Support Specialist. This remote role is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and offers a flexible, collaborative environment focused on responsive client support and smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by phone, email, and chat.
- Help clients troubleshoot technical issues and follow problem-solving steps.
- Manage multiple requests while staying organized and responsive.
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain current client interaction records.
- Work with teammates and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Help create clear client documentation and training materials.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
- Customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and solve problems carefully.
Team and Reporting
This position reports to the Team Lead for Virtual Support Specialists. You will collaborate with fellow specialists and other departments to provide comprehensive client support and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
