Renewals Specialist

About the role

Everlaw is seeking a Renewals Specialist to help establish a contract renewal center of excellence. This role will be the first hire in a planned effort to develop a larger specialized team and improve opportunity management efficiency.

You’ll work with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Strategy and Operations, Legal, and Finance to forecast, manage, and close renewal opportunities. The role is not designed to be customer facing, though you may support direct customer communications as needed, primarily by email.

Responsibilities

• Own T-120 orchestration and renewal opportunity and quote administration.
• Manage forecasting and system hygiene across SFDC, QTC, Ironclad, and Gainsight.
• Partner with colleagues to manage and close renewal opportunities productively and efficiently.
• Support direct customer communications as needed, primarily by email.
