Repairs Sales Assistant

Repairing phones, tablets and other gadgets; Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs including screens, batteries and charging ports; Helping customers with repairs, sales and product choices; Buying, selling, exchanging and testing second-hand devices; Processing sales, payments and repair bookings; Helping with the general day-to-day running of the shop. Requirements include being friendly, approachable, good with people, interested in phones, gadgets and technology, a good problem-solver, flexible to work between Banbridge and Newcastle stores, with experience in phone/electronics repairs or retail (desirable but not essential). No experience needed if attitude and willingness to learn are present.
