Research Trialist Agronomist

We are looking for a Research Trialist / Agronomist who will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and harvesting of Multilocation Trials (MLT) in Northern Mindanao. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan the MLT 2026B activities for the Northern Mindanao area. Implement and establish MLT locations according to the approved plan. Conduct crop management, care, and maintenance of Multilocation Trials. Conduct MLT harvesting and gather accurate trial data from Northern Mindanao locations. Consolidate research data and information and submit reports to Management. Coordinate with the R&D Team and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team regarding the latest technologies, product innovations, and improvements. Monitor and identify new technologies, product developments, and innovations introduced by competitors. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field. Knowledge of experimental design and data analysis. Fieldwork experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills. Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within Northern Mindanao. Must have a valid Driver's License and be capable of driving a four-wheel vehicle. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
