Retail Associate

This person will be scheduled to work
3-4 days per week. Shifts are Monday - Friday from 9:45 AM - 5:45 PM and Saturdays from 9:45 - 5:15 PM. This position will typically work 3-4 days per week including two Saturdays a month, depending on season.

The Retail Associate will assist in creating and maintaining a positive sales environment at Lucy's. This role builds relationships with customers, assists with daily, weekly, and monthly store responsibilities and goals, provides excellent customer service, and supports the overall fun environment of Lucy's.

The Retail Associate is responsible for helping process consignments which includes tagging, hanging merchandising, lifting and carrying consignments, giving customers top notch attention and service, operating the cash register, consignment account understanding and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.

Qualifications that will be appreciated:
*Passion about thrifting!
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Experience in fast paced retail sales.
*Ability to operate cash register, POS system, and Inventory Software.
*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for periods of time.
*Knowledge of merchandising vintage and on trend merchandising.
