Job description
Are you experienced in customer retention, renewals, or account management? Join our team and help manage high-value customer renewals and retention efforts.
✅ 2–3 years of experience in:
• Customer Retention
• Upselling/Cross-selling
• Account Management
✅ Experience in renewal negotiations and handling customer objections
✅Customer service experience is welcome to apply, but experience in customer retention or contract renewals is required
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ CRM experience
✅ Comfortable using AI-assisted tools
